This past weekend we headed to the Tetons to do some paddling, hiking, and soaking in some hot springs in Lava Hot Springs.

It was beautiful seeing the great outdoors from my room and the hot springs sound inviting. Thanks for the trip.

I really enjoyed seeing your adventures in the Tetons. As I mentioned on Instagram, we are hoping to travel that way next summer. Those lakes look diving! How do you like your inflatable kayaks? We've been thinking about getting something to go on the water with and don't want to have to haul any other big items.

We aren't usually huge fans of National Parks, but the Tetons are amazing. We hope not to still be here in a year, but if we are, we'd love to join you.

We're big fans of inflatable kayaks and SUPs. We like the Sea Eagle brand the best. They're insanely durable, and they roll up about the size of a big suitcase. Our packrafts get WAY smaller and are way lighter, but they perform more like a raft than a boat. We have a Sea Eagle Needlenose SUP that we absolutely love. Next time we go to the tetons, we'll do it on a SUP.

Any boat with a drop-stitch floor will perform far better than a regular inflatable boat. Let us know if you have any more questions about boats; we work as outdoor gear reviewers for backcountrypost and we've got a lot of experience with different inflatable boats.

Thank you for all of the information. It's good to hear that the inflatables are high quality. We have enough troubles transporting bikes with our travel trailer in tow, so I knew hard-body kayaks would really be pushing it. Thanks!

Steve and Tess love to explore nature, whether it be backpacking, packrafting, mountain biking, hiking, or just wandering.  The more we explore, the more we realize just how little we've seen.
