Thanks for posting this one week recap! I hope you continue to do this periodically, maybe once a month for a while.
I'm interested in how you like/dislike the various RV parks that you stay in ... not so much the particulars of each place but what you find as the positives & negatives of staying in a RV park vs. staying in a state park or national park campground. I realize that you may not have many SP or NP campground stays for a while, simply because of your need for wi-fi. Do you see any limitations to that, at least at the moment?
From a personal perspective, I have always viewed the RV parks as rather "stale" and "barren" although I'm sure that's not always the case. And I've never stayed in one so it's certainly not a perspective gained from the experience. It just 'seems' that way. I have seen a few RV parks in Alaska & they just look like parking lots like the trucker lots on the rest areas on the NYS Thruway!
Again, thanks for sharing your adventures.

Thanks for the feedback. Let us know if we're not giving you enough details on this stuff. So far we've loved staying in an RV park (we picked a REALLY good one). The only downside is cost. We spent $600 for just over 2 weeks. That's still less than most mortgages, but that adds up fast. The wifi will definitely keep us out of the super remote camping spots, but that's ok, it sure beats mowing my old lawn every week. :) The park we're at right now is not stale or barren at all, but we know the ones you're talking about. They look like a gravel flea market parking lot. We're not into those places, though we may end up staying at one this winter. Time will tell. A lot of the nice parks with pools and mini golf courses and shuffleboards and laundry and hot tubs are spendy, like $50-60 a night, which adds up.

Steve and Tess love to explore nature, whether it be backpacking, packrafting, mountain biking, hiking, or just wandering.  The more we explore, the more we realize just how little we've seen.
